In this class taught in person in Toronto, what I teach is the fundamental techniques of The Method, which are relaxation and sense memory. In the second half of the class you will learn how to use this technique on camera.

This class is suitable for actors looking to expand their technique. If you have trouble accessing your emotions this class will help you to do so by teaching you to create a mind/ body connection. Also a great way to develop an on camera technique and confidence in working On Camera.
